Able2Extract Professional

Able2Extract Professional turns PDFs into editable Excel sheets and Word documents. This software also includes OCR technology to read scanned images in PDFs.

A free seven-day trial of this software is available. However, it will only convert three pages at a time without purchasing the full license

Investintech also provides a product called Able2Extract PDF Converter that is $30 cheaper than this Professional version, but does not include the OCR technology.
